1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Zeedbaj ("we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to all use of the Zeedbaj website, mobile application, and any services offered through those channels.

By accessing Zeedbaj, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using Zeedbaj on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms — though note that account sharing is not permitted under Section 3.

Zeedbaj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of Zeedbaj after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use Zeedbaj you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Zeedbaj enforces this requirement strictly and without exception. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be accessing Zeedbaj from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of Zeedbaj is lawful in your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from Zeedbaj.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Zeedbaj employee where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.

Zeedbaj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one Zeedbaj account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your Zeedbaj account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Zeedbaj will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits

Zeedbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Deposits made through any other channel cannot be credited to your account and Zeedbaj cannot be held responsible for funds sent via unsupported methods.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Zeedbaj, though your mobile financial service provider may impose their own limits. Zeedbaj does not charge any fees on deposits — the full amount you send will be credited to your Zeedbaj balance.

Deposits are credited to your Zeedbaj account instantly in normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Zeedbaj support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Zeedbaj reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Zeedbaj are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — the same mobile financial services used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Zeedbaj does not charge fees on withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes of submission. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. Zeedbaj will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Zeedbaj may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
• Zeedbaj reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.
• Funds deposited in error by Zeedbaj must be returned and cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Zeedbaj offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules that apply across all Zeedbaj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your balance.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Zeedbaj — including Zuma Dragon, Space Max, Super Wheel, Monster Plinko, Wheel, and Dragon Tiger Luck — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined at the moment a bet is placed and are final. Zeedbaj does not alter game results after the fact under any circumstances.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Players may verify the result of any individual game round through the provably fair verification tool available in their account. This tool allows you to confirm independently that the result you received matches the result generated by the RNG.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once the game round has started.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Zeedbaj username and password. Zeedbaj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from Zeedbaj that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

You should use a strong, unique password for your Zeedbaj account and avoid using the same password on other websites. Zeedbaj recommends enabling any additional security features available in your account settings.

All activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Zeedbaj support immediately. Zeedbaj will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeedbaj. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with Zeedbaj games or systems in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using Zeedbaj for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with Zeedbaj's software or systems.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating accounts specifically to claim welcome bonuses.
• Making threats or engaging in abusive behaviour toward Zeedbaj staff or other players.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Zeedbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.
• Where Zeedbaj is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact Zeedbaj support. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened during any self-exclusion period.

11 Responsible Gaming
